Geoff Collins Principal, Managing Partner
As a second-generation builder, developer and licensed Certified General Contractor in Florida, Geoff brings three decades of experience in every aspect of building. He has developed and built multifamily, commercial, medical, and luxury golf course communities. His core competency has been in the luxury home market building luxury homes for the past 20 years. With a broad knowledge and expertise in sales, marketing and contract negotiations, these skills have complemented his passion for building for his clients and with his investors, while demonstrating excellence creating the finest products on the East Coast. Geoff holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Florida. He is well versed to discuss even the most challenging building projects from concept to completion in developing your dream property.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Black Diamond. As a third-generation builder and contractor, his journey began in residential construction across the Northeast, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for building quality homes.
Upon graduating from Clarkson University with a Mechanical Engineering & Management degree, Justin moved to South Florida where he expanded his portfolio to include luxury residential and commercial projects, further solidifying his diverse capabilities.
In addition to partnering with Geoff on Custom Homes, Justin is the President and CEO of Black Diamond General Contracting (BDGC). Founded in 2002, BDGC is the commercial arm of Black Diamond which specializes in all forms of commercial construction including healthcare, clubhouses, corporate interiors, tenant improvements, and defense, with more than 90% of their work coming from repeat clients.
Justin’s commitment to positive community impact extends beyond corporate realms. As a true community builder and leader, he not only makes generous and innumerable financial contributions to local charities and non-profits, but he actively encourages the Black Diamond team to engage in hands-on volunteering activities.
In addition, Justin personally serves on the Board of Directors for the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, and along with his wife Aliya has acted as Honorary Chair for the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation’s signature fundraisers. He is currently an Executive Trustee for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, and an active Ambassador of the Palm Beaches for the Classic in the Palm Beaches – further highlighting his commitment to serve the community.
